When it’s time to find something do with all those leftover bananas look no further!

These brownies are a nice little change up from traditional banana bread.
Plus, making these delicious brownies couldn’t be any easier! All you need is a box of brownie mix, 1 banana & eggs. That’s it!
Did you know, bananas naturally have a small amount of fat in them, making them the perfect substitute for oil or butter.
These brownies turn out to be a tad lighter, almost cake like. But, if you’d prefer more of a traditional brownie texture, replace the water for your choice of milk instead.
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 box brownie mix
¼ cup water
2 eggs (or substitute with unsweetened apple sauce – ¼ cup = 1 egg)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
In a large bowl, mash the banana.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until incorporated.
Pour the mix into a greased 8x8" baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through center.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
