So easy, fast & oh so yummy - made with only 3 ingredients! No added sugar or preservatives!

Nothing beats homemade! I made blueberry, but you can use any fruit you like, it’s all the same method. I’ve made strawberry, peach, blackberry & raspberry in the past. All are soooo good
BLUEBERRY CHIA JAM
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp raw honey, as needed for sweetness or replace with maple syrup to make vegan
1/4 cup chia seeds, plus more as needed to thicken
DIRECTIONS
Add fruit of choice to sauce pan & heat over medium heat
Wait 5-8min until fruit starts to breakdown & get soft
Remove from heat
Mash fruit with back of spoon, spatula or potato masher until you get the your desired consistency
Add in chia seeds & honey & blend
Place in jars & put in fridge to set
Enjoy!
