This sweet heart is the perfect & practical valentine gift for your favorite bookworm.
These are super easy to create & would make the cutest homemade gift. All you need is cardstock, scissors, & glue.
WHAT YOU NEED
Heavy card stock. I had leftover cute cards that I used for this project.
Decorative paper - wrapping or origami paper would be great!
Scissors
Glue
INSTRUCTIONS
Create a template of a heart, about 1.5” wide.
Cut out and trace onto heavy card stock.
Copy your heart at about 80 percent, cut out, and trace onto decorative paper (wrapping or origami paper would work great for this – so many cute & fun choices!)
Use a glue stick to secure the smaller patterned heart to center of the larger one; let dry.
Finally, trace bottom half of smaller inner heart with a utility knife, cutting through card stock beneath. Then your valentine can slip pages between the hearts.
